Can you hold a place before I apply?
Please call to inquire where the property is at before applying. We will let you know if we have an application pending at that time, please understand applications come in frequently and this changes quickly.

Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We require that you put down ½ a month’s rent to hold the unit. You must then sign a hold form. The full deposit and prorated rent must be paid before you move in. We will hold a home for 7 days from the date you are approved, or the property is vacant, whichever is furthest.

How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can apply on our website or by a paper application at our office. Please remember everyone 18 years of age or older who will reside at the property must apply.

How do I pay rent?
The first month’s rent has to be paid by cash, cashier’s check or money order. (You may pay online in some circumstances.) After that you can pay in the office or online.

I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Pets have to be approved, please inquire with the office prior to getting a pet.

I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Please inquire with the office, we will walk you through the procedure and send you the proper paperwork.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Per your lease, you need to give 30 day’s notice, that start at the beginning of the month and go through the end of the month. This has to be in writing. You can email the office or come in and fill out the form.
