Property Evaluation
We drive by the properties and note any issues there may be. If anything needs attention the tenant is notified of any lease violations.
During a walk thru the exterior and interior of the property are checked for any lease violations or safety issues. Pictures are taken of any concerns and sent to the owner for documentation.
We also evaluate the property prior to signing a new lease to ensure everything is in order and that there are no major concerns or lease violations.
